I am writing on behalf of the Riverside Arts Center (RAC), a not-for-profit visual arts school and gallery in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. We were very fortunate to participate in a Proactive Hindsight workshop with Art Fox in the summer of 2010. Our arts center was at a dire turning point, financially and organizationally. We were on the verge of closing our doors and looked to Art in an effort to help redefine our mission and re-energize staff and volunteers.
