IFC was founded in the spring of 1979 as a part-time consulting business to SMB's. Incorporated and became full-time in June 1992.

IFC was founded to assist small business owners with accounting, IRS, Financial and later on automation challenges. Our focus was on helping small business owners who were good at their trade but lacked business knowledge. We wanted to give them a leg up toward survival in the business world.
