I placed an order with this company around midnight. As I was able to source the products locally, I tried calling, but no phone calls being accepted so at 9:06 a.m. the same morning I sent an email to cancel. I was advised, via email, it had already shipped and I could refuse it. The order ended up getting delivered, but one of the 2 items ordered was received, the other was back ordered. I reached out to the company via email to cancel the back ordered item and when I had no reply, I emailed again. I got this response: “PLEASE BE PATIENT. WE ARE WORKING ON YOURS AND MANY OTHERS THAT CAME BEFORE YOURS. THANK YOU.” I replied that I was only trying to make sure the back ordered item didn’t ship and was happy to wait for a resolution. I found their first response to be very rude, but their next reply was even more offensive! I got an email response chastising me for placing an order and canceling it, even though I explained my reason for cancellation. Here is the 2nd email I received from them: “Next time, (my name)i, please be absolutely sure about what you want and what you're getting before you place your order. Cancellations take away resources from other customers. Had you shopped around for the lowest price you were seeking before you submitted your order with us, we could have avoided these time-consuming, labor demanding issues. Your consideration of others will be appreciated. We understand that all of us make mistakes and, therefore, we thank you for your patience and understanding as we endeavored to accommodate your requests in a timely manner. Stay healthy and safe.” Wow. I am not a child using my parents credit card. I am an online customer who does not feel as though I was treated as a valued customer. I am an avid supporter of small businesses, but will never purchase from this company again. I will admit that their shipping was very quick (as far as the one item goes), but their business decorum and their respect for the customers who support their business seems to be a failing. So if you want quick shipping, these guys can probably deliver. If you are looking for professionalism and good customer service, it rates poorly in my opinion! Btw. I never said anything about price. I said I found it locally. Interesting!
