I would not recommend you purchase anything from this business. My entire experience has been chaotic! I was initially told my part was NEW! They took my money, sent me a picture, and the part was used. I then told them I was not interested in a used part. From that point on, I was treated like CRAP!!!! I have been trying to get my money $350.00 for over a month! I have yet to receive my refund. They have CALLER ID....They hang up on me, and when a person picks up the phone they transfer me straight to voice mail. NO one ever returns my calls! Neither do they return emails! The few times that I have spoken with someone, they tells me a bold face lie!!! And that is coming from the CEO!!! All I want is my money!!! This website stated this business' annual revenue is 1.5 million bucks....well if they are taking 350.00 from people and not giving a product....I SEE WHY!!!!!

I also would not recommend anyone doing business with this place. They will treat you great until they get your money. After that they your on your own. They sent me the wrong part and would not have nothing to do with me. I would call several times a day with no response. When I finally heard from someone they where very rude. Worst customer service and this was from the manager. Had to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. I would avoid this place like the plague!!!

I've dealt with these guys a few times, for my 2001 Volvo XC70, and they have been of great service to me. Even from over half a continent away and from Canada, I know I can count on this team to find me the parts I need.

I agree with Perter Wang, do not do business with this outfit. I ordered a window part that was suppose to arrive the following Saturday. It never did so when I contacted them I was finally told on Thursday that the part had been sold by the auto yard they were apparently getting it from. I said fine please credit my account. Well, after calling them several times over the following weeks I finally had to have Visa Dispute Resolution get involved and they were able to credit my account. Stay clear of Accurate Auto!!

As Mr. Wang, ML, and Mr. Hill stated. This company is bad with customer service. After they got my money, they did nothing of great service for seats for my 94 mazda 929. They stated that they were going to put the seats on hold using $804 dollars of my money from my account until I approved of pictures of the seats. I never received the Pictures nor the seats. I had to contact my bank after a couple weeks of them not answering my calls and not returning messages. I really would not recommend this company to anyone.
