Ruben Hernandez of Doxa Construction is a cold blooded thief. He can sweet talk and sounds like a good guy but BEWARE he is a con artist. He steals and extorts money from investors and home owners. One of his schemes is to get on large contracts and take money from homeowners/investors for work performed. He then does not pay the sub contractors and or building suppliers. In result homeowners fire him from jobs. Doxa then has the guts to puts false liens on properties to collect the rest of the contract.. Stay away! Trust me!
