I purchased my first seed mix-the salad mix-on Amazon last week along with a tray sprouter. I am stunned how wonderful these taste. Organic, spicy and 95 or better percent germination. I just bought some other blends for variety. I made homemade caramelized onion bread this week, put a little unsalted butter on a slice and topped with the sprouts. What a great snack and so healthy, too.
