I used to love Pet Web Express. Monday, I tried to place an order. Every delivery time slot for the next seven days were full. I sent a polite e-mail to inquire if this was perhaps a technical error or else if there was another issue. By Thursday, I had not heard back. I phoned to inquire about what was going on. I spoke with a very hostile, angry man on the phone. He informed me that they are under new ownership and therefore cannot accommodate website requests. I explained the website still works and if they cannot delivery right now, could they consider a splash page informing customers of the temporary limitations. He yelled, "What kind of food do you want? I will get it to you." I calmly replied, "Sir, I've been a good customer and I would appreciate a little consideration for that or at least common courtesy." He yelled again, "What kind of food do you want?" Apparently, I want food from Petco.
