I had a floor drain plugged in my basement utility room, I called a few plumbing places in Colorado Springs and no one wanted to give me quote over the phone, I called Pro Power Rooter and a guy named Mark was at my house within an hour for my emergency overflow issue. He was prompt, very polite and friendly, he checked out the problem, then clearly outlined the options and next steps. He also asked for permission before using things in my house. All in all, he fixed the issue in under an hour, and waited patiently while I answered calls and such from work as the problem interrupted work. He explained the problem he fixed in detail and left his card for any further issues. He even helped me with another problem I was having by giving me some advice that turned out to help greatly! This morning we called Pro Power Rooter to have a look at our leaking toilet. I was impressed when he called to say he would be here in about 20 min, that was nice, and then I met with Mark, I explained the problem I was having, and left him to fix it. He took the toilet out and put some parts in etc., its a rather old home and toilet. I think it was about half an hour, and he had put everything back together nice and clean, and said the problem was more than he had expected, seems we will need a new toilet. He said he would not CHARGE ME nothing for the labor, only for the parts he had already installed, this is amazing in today's world, what a VERY NICE man... So I had to tell everyone I know about this Wonderful Company!

Pro Power Rooter in Colorado Springs was by far the lowest in prices for any plumbing drain cleaning, their service technician came on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful! He did a great job in helping us with our backed up drain pipe. The person that answered the phone at Pro Power answered the phone quickly and professionally. (we had called 3 other plumbing companies who advertised 24/7 and all we got were answering machines-unimpressed) We will definitely use this company again!!!
