This place is great....the owner is very knowledgeable and gives you personal attention to give you the best workout. I have herniated discs in the neck and back, and even though my muscles are sore, his exercises haven't bothered my injuries at all. It's only been three days and three workouts since I signed up, but I'm so glad I did. I'm feeling healthier and slimmer already...
