ILoveKickboxing North Providence is an amazing, fun, and welcoming place for one of the best workouts you can get! The instructors are very enthusiastic and motivate you to do your best and are always there to help. Since starting kickboxing, I’ve lost at least 4 inches from every part of my body, gained a ton of strength, and have lost 20lbs. I am doing things I never thought I would before because of the strength I’ve gained, and because the super fun workout and instructors keep me coming back every week! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a great workout and have fun!

I Love Kickboxing in North Providence is my favorite place to work out. There are friendly instructors and members, and the classes allow you to push yourself at your own pace. I signed up and finished 10 classes through Groupon and enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a year. I highly recommend.

The staff is extremely talented and the people who attend the classes are motivated and love it just as much as I do. I signed up for ILKB a couple weeks ago, but I'm already hooked! My cousin has been going to the North Providence location for years and loves it. I finally decided to check it out, better late than never right?
I've always felt uncomfortable working out at the gym, so this place is a really nice change for me. This location is very clean, and the class itself is a kick ass workout. The instructors are all awesome and super motivated they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. No one judges you, you just go at your own pace. Highly recommend giving this location a try. For the first time in a long time I'm starting to feel comfortable in my own skin. I feel stronger, and more motivated than ever before. If you want to shed some pounds come join the family over at ILKB- North Providence. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I feel like joining ILKB was the best decision I made for my health. It has been nothing but a pleasure to go the class three times a week and work hard. The workout that you get in this class is challenging and fun at the same time. I enjoy challenging myself to do better each class. The instructors show you the routines and if you need help they are right there to help. I have seen such a great improvement in my ability to push myself and become a healthier woman. I recommend that if you enjoy working hard, having fun, and getting in shape ILKB is definitely the place you should be at!!
