I rent a property managed by this company, pay almost 2,000.00/ month (1975 to be exact). In the 14 months here, that equates to $27,650.00. They provide appliances and the fridge died the Monday before Thanksgiving, no replacement till Wednesday night. I had to throw away all food from fridge and freezer, provided pictures ( 6 garbage bags), and they are not compensating me for loss. Renter's insurance doesn't cover because it wasn't my fridge. PLEASE BEWARE, NO ONE SHOULD DEAL WITH THIS
