Owner Vince asked me to post online how I liked his business. When I stayed that his roof install leaked and that he didn't tie in the gutters and he wouldn't fix it he called me a lier, unintelligent and said it was nice doing business with me and my hideous house. He won't back up his work. Will get to you quickly so you don't have time to find out he is a shady businessman.

Our experience with Baer Necessities Contracting was a dismal reflection on both the company and its owner, Vince. If our experience was reflective of the general level of work, professionalism and integrity generally demonstrated by Baer Necessities, I can only assume that this review will soon be about a closed business. All of the other negative reviews I have read are 100% believable after such a terrible experience. He stops communicating with you and has no problem operating in an unbelievably dishonest manner. This company seems great ...at first. They dont finish their jobs, they do not back up their half ass work, and they lie about the most stupidest things. They have left my elderly parents with out a screen door, a lock for their door, leaky gutters and VERY bad concrete work. Broken promises about coming back and fixing their mistakes. Its been 5 months and Vince will not return phone calls or emails. Its like he fell of the planet. I would NEVER recommend this guy to do anything... He did an alright job on my roof but it took 3 months for him to show up, his men urinated in my front yard, played with my childrens toys, teased my dog...you name it they did....not professional at all!!!
