AVOID THIS PLACE! I had the most unpleasant experience with Shirby Green today. She was both unprofessional and incompetent. In addition to those issues, she also tried to charge me a 30.00 additional fee for late pickup when she neither answered her phone or checked her phone messages. I had to call the Sheriff to help settle the matter. I wound up with a Scotty that looks like a Jack Russell. No beard, no skirt, no eyebrows. A real amateur job. Shirby ( yes that is her real name) must think she is the only groomer in Shelby County to treat her customers as she does. Let me assure you there is a much better place. Try Head To Tail in Calera. They have 2 locations and are very nice people. I guess that is why I couldn't get my dog in there and had to visit Sherby. I recommend them and not Kritter Kuts.
