I was married to Chad Cumbie the owner for 16 years. He is the most abusive, narcissistic person I've ever met. When I first met him, he didn't have anything. I actually bonded him out of jail and he came with 2 trash bags. Since then with the help of myself and my parents, we accomplished a lot before the age of 40. However, he believes I don't deserve anything other than abuse. We unfortunately are still married due to the fact that on the day of our trial, he calls me up and wants to settle. He offers me our house that we purchased at $300K and I was to collect any and all proceeds but little did I know at the time, he has failed to make the mortgage payments as he agreed to make so the house was already in foreclosure and was sold on 02/01/22 out from under me & his daughter!! So me and our child are about to be homeless. after 16 years of marriage, and 1 divorce attempt, we're still married, I got absolutely nothing but more debt and I am struggling every day. Example... one day my auto insurance was cancelled due to nonpayment and I asked him to help considering the fact that I could go to jail with our daughter in the car but he doesn't care about that but that very day he won $17K at the casino, he actually asked me to ask my parents (even though my parents are the ones that have helped us the last 16 years). He took trips to Vegas with his old, ugly (now ex-girlfriend), got a $19K PPA loan, won $374K from the casino in only 27 days. With all those winnings he could have paid off the house. This week has been extremely hard. My car had to be repaired, I had a flat tire yesterday, I still need rotators, breaks and a front end alignment but he doesn't care. He spent about $4500 at the casino on 02/25/22. I've never met anyone so cold and heartless in my life and to think I slept next to this monster for 16 years. Please don't use this company, because everything that is paid to him, he throws away at the casino. If his daughter and I don't get anything, he shouldn't either. Maybe he will know how it feels for once.
