Otabo is a US family owned and run shoe manufacturing company founded by Howard Shaffer. Originally established in 1982 as Sabry Group, we built and operated factories in Guangzhou, China, with a trading office in Hong Kong, and sourcing and development facilities in Taichung and Taipei, Taiwan.
