This was my 2nd job for our "go to guys" for all of our tv and sound systems projects and once again Elite A/V LLC came though like champs! Erik and Mike arrived on time as agreed to our new home and made sure they didn't track in anything on our new carpets . They were very careful with moving our new furniture as well. They looked at the job we had, made some quick recommendations on how we wanted it to be done and immediately got to work. There was an issue with the tv placement in 1 room due to stud placement, but they were able to get it so close that you couldn't even see the difference. The fact that it was important to them and that they informed me of such a minor change really impressed me! Afterwards, they made sure everything was working to my satisfaction even before taking their tools out or even asking for payment, which was exactly what I was quoted and I really appreciated the fact that they didn't like with most specials, once the workmen are in your home they try to upsell you to death. I highly recommend Elite A/V LLC for any audio or video project you may have! Thanks again for the great job Erik & Mike! I'll probably see you again next time!!

Every person I've interacted with at Elite A/V has been polite and professional. The service they provide is detail oriented & clean. They care about their customers wants & needs. The men gave good notice of arrival, arrived on time, were courteous, wore shoe coverings to 'protect' my light carpet, installed the home theatre speakers in the walls in good time, and completely cleaned up all the mess. Jeremy then took the time to set-up and school me on the use of a new universal remote which I had purchased on-line. I highly recommend their service.

From your first contact to after installation, these guys are hands down the best. I have dealt with the Elite A/V team quite frequently and have never been disappointed. Being a Real Estate agent, you come in contact with some amazing people that you don’t ever want to let go of, and that’s how I feel about Jeremy and Chris. They are always there to help my buyers and sellers with any of their home installation needs. I, too, have had them install quite a few things in my home. Truthfully, I tend to be quite hesitant when it comes to having people do any sort of home installation for me as I have had negative experiences with other companies. I cannot express enough how amazed I am with the Elite A/V team. Their professionalism in itself is what has me ranting and raving about these guys to everyone I know.
