Had garage door emergency old 400 pound door was stuck in down position. Technician was awesome! Fast work, gave plenty of options. Completed door hardware overhaul in 2 hours. HIGHLY recommend!

They were here same day, Mike explained everything very clearly, didn't push to get me to do more service than what I wanted or needed, did a quick, clean job. Excellent!

I had an issue with door, called on a Friday morning and company was there 9am Monday. Don was our service guy, and was friendly, knew what he was doing, and had the whole door fixed with new springs, cables, rollers, etc in half an hour. Would recommend their services.

Tech was prompt and explained the issue at hand. He outlined the solution and also pointed out that I could use a surge protector. He came while a Northeaster was brewing and still took as much time as needed to explain my options and adjusted my safety sensors. His help was more than welcomed especially under the conditions!

They've came to my house like 4 times, One time for the sensors, the second time the springs, third time because the chain got stuck, and the fourth time (and hopefully last) to just replace the entire garage opener. It's relatively easy to make appointments and they can come within a day or two. It's not cheap but there's no choice since we have to move the cars in and out of the garage.

Backed out of the garage today with the door down! I called today at 2:30. He was at my home within a half hour. Fixed my entire door for a MORE than reasonable and fair price. He was super and honest and didn't try to sell me a whole new door like I was afraid was going to happen. His work is detailed and he is very neat and left my garage exactly how it was when he got there. 10 stars would be better!!!
