The first time I took in my iPhone 3G with cracked glass- they had it fixed while a waited and it looked like a brand new phone when they were done.
The second time was just recently with my new iPhone 4- the speaker wasn't working right so they replaced it.
Both times took less than 1 hour and the repairs were perfect.
