This is a great place to learn Cuban/Casino style Salsa in Austin. This company is an Austin one of a kind local business and the only place that offers the hard to find authentic lessons in this true and original style of salsa dancing. The Director, Sandra Moro-Sleeper, has years of teaching experience and has been trained by Casino style "greats". She is well known and has international student followings in San Francisco as well as Texas. I have been taking lessons here for two years and have learned more than I ever imagined. Street salsa also promotes various festivals (San Francisco Rueda Festival, Salsa Casino Maya Festival) that offer workshops for growth in your dancing as well as opportunities to network with other students from around the world. The sense of community that you can gain from becoming a part of this is priceless and I highly recommend this to anyone with any sort of interest in Latin dance or music
