Steven showed up on time, did troubleshooting, then provided an estimate at no cost. We scheduled a time for him to come back to replace with a chamberlain. He again showed up on time, completed the work well ahead. He also provided suggestions for preventive maintenance. Won't go wrong hiring Steven for garage door opener repairs or installation
