We create custom Therapeutic Yoga Programs to serve as part of your integrative approach to wellness. Each person's needs, constraints and goals are different - and this is why a customized program is created just for you! And since life is busy enough, we come to you! With over 13 combined years, of practicing and teaching yoga, OC Yoga Therapy offers a dynamic mix of styles from Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Restorative, Purna Yoga, Para Yoga to ViniYoga. This broad mix enables our Certified Yoga Therapist to effectively tailor each class to your physical ability and constraints. Classes will guide you to welcome and accept exactly where you are physically, emotionally & mentally ~ allowing you to Live Freely.
