This factory did not do anything correct. They provided me with incorrect patterns, which in turn made my samples incorrect. Also, failed to finish the designs by the deadline. What they did finish had very poor craftsmanship, as if a beginner sewed the pieces. The owner told me they would fix everything and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, they failed to fix anything and have failed to provide me a refund after telling me they would refund me my money back because everything wrong was their fault.Very poor customer service. I would give this factory a failing grade. Not professional, can not meet deadlines, does not have skilled workers. If you area new designer they will take advantage of you. Run from this place. Nice people but horrible work ethic.

This was the worst factory I have ever had the (not) pleasure of working with. The staff is unreliable and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding manufacturers. The workers are not skilled and my designs came back wrong. It's normal to have some problems when working with a new manufacturer for the first time, but the service I received was ridiculous.

I posted a review a while ago but am re-posting because it looks like it got deleted. Dealing with this factory was a nightmare, I wasted a lot of money (never refunded) and eventually got tired of dealing with the terrible custom service.They did not meet deadlines or even attempt to answer my complaints. Do not waste your time here.
