This company currently owes me over 40k that is over an average of 230 days past due. If you have been defrauded by this company please contact me at [email protected] other contractors and I are working with an attorney to file a civil suit and criminal charges

FOR ALL OF THOSE WHO STILL NEED TO BE PAID FOR SERVICES RENDERED, SHANNON WITH ACCOUNTING IS AT EXTENSION 101. I FINALLY GO PAID FOR SERVICES COMPLETED. SHE GAVE ME HER EXTENSION FOR FUTURE. (WHICH THERE WILL NOT BE BETWEEN MY COMPANY AND IFS)

Very bad business management! They contacted me asking me to handle a work order for a commercial building. Sent over email with scope of work & a lot of information in small print. They didn't make sure I was qualified for payment until after the job was finished. Trying to get paid had to provide insurance, list them as an insurance holder, fill out 8 page application, , provide W-9 & detailed invoice for all services & material cost & labor hours 3 weeks after finishing the job! Then they told me I have an additional 45 days after submitting all the necessary documents to be paid. I've made several calls and they say the person I had been dealing with no longer works there. This place is very unprofessional. I had to furnish all materials, rental of equipment, & pay all Labor cost with no guarantee of payment.

We completed services at a Cushman and Wakefield in Cincinnati January of 2022 for IFS. They have not paid us for the completed services as of July of 2022. Do not accept work from this Service Provider.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They have not paid us along with 2 other local contractors totaling over $12,000. If you like to do free work please do not use. IF you are a customer please do not use. This is an awful company that takes advantage of small business owners.

I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR OVER FOUR MONTHS. EVERY TIME I CONTACT THEM THEY WANT CERTAIN DOCUMENTS THAT I'VE ALREADY SENT THEM. TWO WEEKS AGO THEY TOLD ME A CHECK WOULD BE SENT OUT ON FRIDAY.
