Marketecture has succeeded in creating an actual one stop shop for small businesses! It takes a business with no online presence and give them a website and all the tools to manage and operate that business. They are completely dedicated toward helping the customer become successful, but they also encourage their customers to learn how to be self sufficient. Their software works well since all the different tools are integrated and built to work with each other. One of the best parts about the company is that they have a really extensive team of support specialists, it's so nice to be able to call up with a question and be able to talk to a human being just like me.

Marketecture really tries to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit. They don't just provide a piece of software and set you on your way, but they try to guide you through all the foreign parts of online business. They'll help you use their platform to build your website, get it optimized, use social media, work with suppliers, and communicate with customers. They understand that it isn't easy to get used to new software, and that you probably don't know how to code, so they try to make it as painless as possible. They just seem like a company that is actually focused on their customers.

A really awesome platform that is built for their users success. Marketecture makes a very obvious concentrated effort to provide all of the latest features and tools for SMBs in a single place. Marketecture's approach is fundamentally different than any of the other platforms I've used, it can be explained by their company mantra: creating customer business success. They don't feel like they have become successful until their clients, small businesses, have become profitable and successful online. With that mentality the all-in-one approach becomes the obvious solution. I mean it when I say, it is ALL in one.

You won't find a more complete ecommerce system for your business. It has literally everything you need, from building a website to generating new business. They've done a really great job of making it easy to use, although sometimes its easier to just pass off an edit to their support teams, which they are happy to do. They make implementation pretty easy with personal walkthroughs, and video walkthroughs I can watch anytime.

I can tell that when Marketecture was designing their online business system they had folks like me in mind. I've started multiple businesses and this system is equipped with all the tools that I look for. I'm not a computer genius, and I certainly don't need to be to handle this platform. They have done their best to keep their promise of helping my business become profitable. I will say that they have worked very hard to earn my business, beyond just building a user friendly interface and a powerful platform, but their service teams have kept close, constant contact with me. They hold themselves accountable to me.

Its not just a piece of software, which in of itself is pretty slick, but they try pretty hard to make sure that their clients are becoming profitable. I like how the team that provides the support to clients, sits on the same floor and can interact regularly with the people who built the platform. I've quickly realized that people aren't just paying to use their system, or to get their website hosted, but they're getting those things and a bunch of other things. The best part is, they haven't stopped improving, they keep looking to see what tools business owners will need, and then build another piece right onto the platform.

I have been working with Marketecture for close to a year now and it has been wonderful. The Social Media Prospector tool is one of the coolest tools I’ve used; it has helped me really focus my local marketing strategy and enabled me to engage with all sorts of potential clients. Marketecture has helped me drive a ton of traffic to our new Kickstarter campaign. As a result we are seeing about a thousand views a day on our promo video, which is great!

Marketecture is a great company! They took the time to respond to my messages, which I think may have been overly cranky/dramatic, but the new platform is so good that I guess I was just frustrated that I couldn't keep working with it. It's great to know that someone is monitoring the servers. I absolutely love the new platform -- especially after having tried to do this stuff manually in the past -- so I will stick with Commerce Rocket. The site-building tools are excellent, and I'm very impressed with the articles and videos; it's just a tremendous amount of tremendously useful information for people (like me) trying to start a business. I've been a technical writer/trainer for 15+ years, so I really appreciate quality documentation and training. It's first-rate. And embedded Help in the UI, no less. Very nice. I'm also impressed with their support team. Hold times are very short whenever I call, and their reps are excellent, it's just a great support experience.
