As a former IBM employee, I serviced IBM peripherals, mainframe computers, personal computers, etc. Purchased and used one of the first IBM personal computers. Have held the industry recognized CompTIA's A+ computer certification, Microsoft's MCP (Microsoft Certificated Professional), and Microsoft's MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer). Retired as a Network Administrator/Technician on a primarily Windows(by Microsoft) network.
