Welcome to LibertyStrides, LLC, your Fit4Mom provider of exercise programs including Stroller Strides, Fit4Bbaby and Body Back. We are located throughout Prince William County (PWC) including Potomac Mills Mall, Woodbridge, Manassas, Manassas City, Lakeridge, Dale City, Montclair, Lorton, Quantico, Occoquan, Triangle and Dumfries. Stroller Strides classes offer a full body workout for mom, while keeping the class fun for little ones. Stroller Strides is a one hour class, beginning with a warm-up, followed by an interval based full body workout, and ending with core exercises and stretching. We have several locations and times available to meet your individual needs. We also offer Fit 4 Baby and Fit 4 Mom classes specifically designed for the pregnant mom.
