Founder, Orville Thompson's entrepreneurial spirit emerged long before he and his wife Heidi launched Scentsy on July 1, 2004. In 1979, 10-year-old Orville approached his father about purchasing a flock of sheep from a neighbor, who was offering to accept half of the following year's lambs as payment.
