Appliance Doctors was great from the first call through follow up and completion of the work performed. They are extremely courteous and also clean. Dave was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain his assessment of the problem, solution and process to repair the problem with my fridge. Dave is awesome. Very knowledgeable... he even helped me with my pool and some computer questions I had. :) Wonderful personality, honest, and very compassionate. He couldn't get the parts as quickly as he thought and I think it bothered him more than my 7 kids, myself and my husband. Great Job Dave! God Bless

He not only explained what happened to the washer, but all my options, repair vs. replace. He gave me great tips for extending the life of my next washer. Dave went out of his way to communicate with the manufacturer regarding the repair of my oven. He corrected information the manufacturer gave me as he had experience with my oven and saved me from additional frustration. This was time spent outside of the appointment at my house.
