I wanted to rent a bouncing house for my daughter's birthday this weekend. Someone called Brent (looks like the owner of this business) called me. He wanted to deliver the bouncing house a day before, but I was trying to explain how we were renting the space and we couldn't have it for so many days. He started yelling at me and threatening me because I wasn't answering his question. It was the most aggressive interaction I had in my life with someone! Obviously I cancelled the order.
