These guys are not Licensed in Hernando county. They are impostors and trying to copy other companies. Riding on the coattails of reputable Licensed and insured companies.

I have been using Charles duff tree trimming for years he does amazing work and never complains about doing a little extra work and most of the time he does it free with no extra charge he beats all the other insured tree service prices and if u don't think he is insured just ask for insurance paper.

I would and do recommend Charles Duff tree services to everyone he has had my business for many years and always does a wonderful job. Charles and his staff are very professional and hard workers. Prices you can not beat. Ty for the many years of happiness and many more to come.

I am a neighbor next to a property this company mows. I moved into my house in January, I seen them come mow the lawn in the beginning of February and it took them until today 5/6/2016 to come back to mow the lawn for the second time. I do want to add that after they mowed the yard they did not blow or weed wack or trim any bushes once they were finished. They were at the property a total of 10 minutes tops to mow as fast as possible. I called up the company to double check they were handling the property and they said they do. I then explained to him my situation of having to look at the neighbor's lawn for over 2 months of it growing out of control. I explained to him that is an exorbitant amount of time to wait, he hung up on me. He then decided to call me back screaming on the phone about how rude I was. I did not once yell on the phone and when I tried to tell him something he interrupted me and told me I was not aloud to speak when he was talking. Very unprofessional. I have been told by surrounding neighbors that the homeowner of the home is in an assisted living facility and will not let her children sell them home yet (so the homeowner is unaware). That being said, the elder lady is paying for services that not being taking care of.

Please think twice about using this company. The owner is unable to have a professional conversation regarding any concerns his customers have. He automatically get defensive and then will hang up on you. When you call right back he will act like he wasn't speaking with you and hang up again. Also he quotes prices to trim just one side of a tree. What tree company only trims one side of a tree? Please save your self a headache a find a different tree company.
