Heard about Pure Cooling & Heating from a friend and Just wanted to thank Steven for coming out so fast and fixing my cooling problem, at a fair price.

I received great service today on my a/c from Pure cooling and heating. The technician was on time, professional and courteous. My house is nice and cool now, ahhhhh;-). Very fair cost, great feeling about the entire experience. I'll recommend them first. Use these guys.

Had an after hours emergency so I naturally did what anyone would probably do if they don't have any referrals; I looked on Craig's List. There are a lot of HVAC professionals out there, but what caught my attention was that Pure Heating & Cooling gives discounts to military, vets, first responders, and teachers. The technician is first rate. Having to be called out at 9pm for service in the AZ heat would not have been a pleasant experience for anyone, but he was very professional, and made us feel he was here to help. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave a good explanation to the extent of actually showing me the under voltage and current reading (because I was asking a lot of questions), and told me the part that was needed and the cost. He clearly demonstrated his expertise by quickly making the repairs and educated me in the process. I got a veterans discount and they don't charge for service call if they have to make repairs, so the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend this business.
