We purchased from Bath Select the solo touchless faucets for our project and all in all this has been great product and good experience.

We needed a full shower set for our bathroom renovation and we decided to try Bath Select. We got the multi colour LED shower set from Bathselect and it is incredible. It got delivered in 3 days, it came with an instruction manual which made it easy for us to install it ourselves. It has been 5 months now and our shower set works perfectly fine. We made sure our kitchen faucets and the other bathroom sets were gotten from Bath Select. Absolutely incredible store.

I found at Bath Select amazing contemporary faucets and showers that I did not find in other stores. My project was complete with the Bathselect LED spa Venice Thermostatic Shower set. Customer service at Bathselect have been helpful all time from selection to purchase to help in the installation. Highly recommended!!!

All in all my purchases from bathselect has been great experiences. I select/ specify for my clients that best fit for their upscale home project the interior design style and decor are mainly selected or recommended by me. All the faucets I selected from BathSelect was delivered in fairly short time either within days or in less than a week. Once Bath Select faucets / once installed/ instantly makes a great statement in the Bathroom or Kitchen. Although sometimes installation instructions is not clear... calling customer service at bathselect and requesting a clear copy or a more elaborate installation instruction has been a breeze.... Can't complain their Faucets works flawlessly.

From my 2 previous purchase experience with Bathselect I have found lots of positives Last year when remodeled my master bathroom ordered shower set, two sink faucets and one waterfall bathtub faucet from bathselect the product had nice design, great quality and finish just amazing. As for delivery i must say pretty fast... even faster than what said online (ordered the shower set on Friday got it in 3 days). Currently im remolding my kids bathroom so far everything I had ordered just came on time just beautiful. I must add customer service was very helpful all the way they answered my questions and helped my contractor with every technical installation questions No doubt I highly recommend Bath Select please keep up the good work thanks

I am not keen on buying online for my bathroom fixtures but when I found exactly what I want I could not resist. My shower set was delivered pretty fast and was just what I was hoping for (if not better) the only setback I had was missing the installation instructions so I called customer service and I believe the person name was Travis he emailed me the full instructions within minutes. Great customer service.

Our purchase of the Platinum Shower Set with 5 Functions from bathselect was a great experience. The shower finish and material was second to non, the price was below our budget so we could not ask for more. Although shipping was a bit slower than expected (took 7 days to deliver while it said 4 days delivery) but can not complaint since overall very pleased with our purchase.

I have been buying from bathselect for my clients over 8 years. I have always enjoyed working with them. The shower products they carry are excellent if not best quality, and not cheap quality that you may run into in some online stores, I will not buy or install for my clients any shower system that will not last the lifetime of the shower itself. Overall I always have bathselect as my first option for nay shower or bathroom fixtures.

I want to let everyone know not to ever buy anything with this company I put in a request to buy a shower set Payed over $700.00 a week before I go on vacation they said 5 to 7 days so I told my guy who was going to remodel my bathroom to expect it in the mail while I was gone so week went buy and nothing I went on vacation thinking it would arrive 2 days before I come home my guy calls me and tells me the shower never arrived now almost 14 days later so I called and the guy witch I believe is a sales man named mark said they were back order on brushed nickel in wish it was what I ordered very upset I agreed on a mate finish product witch is good but not the one they sent so I come home witech out a shower having to shower at family members house finally the shower arrives I open the box and it's a chrome finish sprayed with like a can of silver color when I touched it the paint came out in my hands at that point I went crazy over 20 days I have no shower and a product that if I installed it on the first shower the paint will all come out with the hot water so please please do not buy with this company they are a scam and mark the guy that works for them is very rude and said to me that have nothing to do with it because he does not work at shipping please if you don't want to be ripped off don't buy with this company
