He handed us a glass of champagne as we boarded, helped us on and off the bus, and even made a quick stop for us at a fast food joint at our request... even though the service I booked did not include stops! And the cost was far more reasonable than the quotes I received from other companies. I was very happy!

I just want to take the time to thank both the sales rep and driver! The sales rep was polite and professional throughout the reservation process. She was easy to contact and there was a quick turnaround with responses. My group made many changes to the final plans up to the actual day of service, but she was more than accommodating. The driver was nice too. He arrived earlier than expected and patiently waited for us at each of our stops. We will definitely book again!

Please do not use this company. Had booked them for my wedding and tried multiple times to follow up with them to confirm everything and they never responded. I called and emailed multiple times, and they ignored me. I finally got so frustrated I emailed them and said I wanted my money back (funny because they responded back to that email) and said no. Then they actually wrote in the email that they did not respond to me on purpose. Not professional at all and horrible customer service. I would not be surprised if you booked them for your wedding day and then they did not show up, and no one needs that stress. I ended up just losing my money and went with another company.
