IPAWS is the nation’s new Alert and Warning Infrastructure to issue alerts through every connected device (including TV, satellite, radio, internet, 4G, Wifi, and now C.A.S.P.E.R.). C.A.S.P.E.R. Alerts take Alerts and Warnings a step farther by allowing local Alerting Authorities like Dispatch or Emergency Management to issue Alerts, warnings, and directions - before, during and after disasters with full Text, Image, and Video capabilities.
