Doula services, childbirth education, yoga for birth classes, prenatal yoga, breastfeeding support. Beacon Birth provides pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support to mothers and families in New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut and the Hudson Valley Region. It is our hope to nurture your journey during this formative and transformative time. We are trained birth doulas through DONA International and CAPPA and serve a variety of families with a range of needs including those planning a natural or medicated birth, VBAC (vaginal birth after Cesarean) or Cesarean birth. We work with families in a range of birth settings, including home, hospitals and birth centers. We also provide: "Birth Your Way" Healthy Birth Practices Classes: Childbirth education 6 week series or weekend intensive options. Group and private classes available. Prenatal Yoga Yoga for Birth classes for couples.
