I was sold a puppy from a breeder in WV last Sunday Dec.4th and when I arrived home turns out that the puppy was never vaccinated or cared for properly before being sold to me. I came to find out that he has round worms and parvovirus. After I dewormed him I also was able to see how malnourished the puppy was. He was very light weight and I could feel and see all his bones. Then from there all went downhill for my pup because the virus was able to spread in his body and I had to admit my puppy as an emergency to the animal hospital because he was dying on me. Due to my current financial situation at the moment and the hospitalization cost of 10,000 dollars I had to find ways on how to get my puppy help in his case and having my hands tied due to my finances I had to find a rescue that would be able to help with the bill and I had to surrender my puppy over to them and order to help him stay alive. This has taken an emotional toll on me and my children. I have been trying to get animal control in WV to shut this breeders business down and they are not helping at all. This breeder is scamming many people by selling un healthy puppies and I don't see how animal control does not see that this is animal cruelty. The breeder name is Joann Moore and her business name is KJ's Cross Country Furbabies. She sends her daughter to Walmart in Keyser, WV to drop off the puppy to the customers with false documents from a "vet". Please help spread the word and please help stop her from continuing all this animal cruelty. She's breeding sick dogs to have them die within days. She advertises full breed puppies but they are actually mixed breed pups.

Do not buy from this breeder. Met her in parking lot to pick up a pup which I paid 500. Upon taking home to another state I noticed the dog was covered in fleas and sluggish. The following day the dog was very sick so I took it to the vet where they tested and said had Parvo. I paid 5300 for medicine and treatment and that night the vet called that my pup had died because of it. Family Is devastated. I called breeder who responded dog must have gotten sick from drive home and hung up on me only to be blocked. I contacted Animal control who know all too well about this place and are investigating. Please do not buy. Researching now I see that many have had same experience.

We picked up our purchased French Bulldog/Chihuahua mix female on July 24,2016. On our way home, she threw up 2 times, which could be contributed to car sickness and then threw up an hour later at home. Throughout the 1st night she had watery diarrhea several times, though was still eating. After several days of this, we went to our Vet on day 8. After testing, she has Hookworm & Coccidia- which has an INCUBATION PERIOD OF 13 DAYS. It is clear our puppy had these before we bought her. (She was on anti-nausea medicine to keep food down & had to be fed baby food mixed with plain rice for 5 days). I contacted this breeder. She did offer to exchange for different dogs of a different breed or bring our puppy back for a refund of purchase. Neither of those were visible. How could i take this puppy away from my son (after we had just lost our 9 yr old Dachshund only 2 mths prior). All I asked for was 1/2 of the $222 vet bill, which I thought was generous of me, since she clearly sold a sick puppy. Now I do give her the benefit of doubt that she may have not know, which is why I only asked for 1/2 of the 1st vet charges. The owner was irate with me and when I asked her for her Veterinarys information she blocked me from Facebook and via texting. Now we have endured 2 Vet Sick Visits due to the Hookworm & Coccidia, which has included 2 rounds of medicine: 10 day doses of Albon for the Coccidia & 2 - 3 day rounds of Panacur for Hookworm, along w/ anti-nausea medicine.
