Couldn't be happier with the ring me and fiance picked out as they have a great selection and we were big on the fact that they do conflict-free diamonds for those a little more peace of mind when shopping for diamonds. And Jennifer was great at explaining all about the 4 C's and never felt pressured to buy anything above my budget. The Sunset Gold Exchange is great and I highly recommend it! I called 30 minutes prior to closing and they stayed open, 5 minutes past closing, waiting for me to arrive since I was held up in traffic. They also gave me $20 more than AAA Gold Exchange has quoted me for the same piece. The staff was very friendly and reminded me that they have free parking in the rear of their store which is REALLY helpful since they're located next to the Ralphs on Sunset and parking surrounding the area is metered and difficult to find.

Noah was really easy to deal with. I had a ring missing a stone, so I took it to Sunset Gold Exchange to see if they couldn't replace the missing stone. Not only did the replace the stone perfectly, but they went ahead and tightened the prongs on the whole ring to help prevent this from happening again. Great customer service!

Sunset Gold Exchange was very helpful. I bought my fiancées engagement ring there and ijoijoit looks incredible. I brought a diamond and bought a beautiful mount. They set the diamond right away and it looks perfect. My beautiful fiancée loved it. We are getting out wedding bands here.
