I contacted these guys to request diagnostics on my Volvo s40, because I knew I was due for some “regularly scheduled maintenance.” I was also hearing some funky noises when I’d go over uneven pavement, that I was pretty sure were my shocks or struts (mind you, I’m a social worker, so I really know nothing about my car, except how to put gas in it, and drive it, although sometimes I’m even unsure on the last one). Because I’ve been sitting on these issues for awhile, my trepidation about the safety of my car was building, and David the general manager/co-owner booked me an appointment the very next day! He even worked with my very time sensitive/restricted schedule so I could come by before work, which I seriously appreciated. Parker, head mechanic/co-owner did a fantastic job giving my car an intensive inspection, made sure he knew all the things I was stressing about were looked at, and did a drive evaluation with me to make sure he heard what sounds I was telling him I was hearing. I’m coming back next week to turn my baby over to them for it’s first set of repairs. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me the confidence that it will be safe in their capable hands. So glad I found them! Will re-review when all the repairs are done…
