River Oaks Study Center is a Christian online teaching and tutoring ministry designed around the belief that every student, struggling or soaring, is uniquely gifted by God for something amazing in their lives. Some need help finding that gifting. Others benefit from the direction of someone further along the path who can capably communicate their experience to the student to equip them to make better choices and have an easier road than they would have alone. In fact, we believe that mentoring help has the potential to change their lives forever, unlocking more of what God gave them to bless others. That's why we're here. It's our gift to help students learn how to think, process and evaluate on various levels of life, to prepare them for what comes ahead, and with that running start send them further into showing the image of Christ in whatever role God has for them. Our goal is for those we come in contact with to be planted, watered and grow to be strong men and women, both in their faith and in their abilities, following the pattern in Psalm 1:3, being "like trees planted by streams of water."
