I was hoping to find reliable computer help in Jasper and this was clearly not the right place to come to. The entire experience was unfortunate. He was late and appeared to have just rolled out of bed. He was evasive with direct questions and we were repeatedly told not to worry that he could fix everything but would not explain to us what the problem was or how it occurred. The majority of his visit was spent flirting with the front office staff (to the discomfort of one of our female employees who chose to wait in the break room until he left) or taking several obviously personal calls in the middle of our office. His training was clearly out of date as he was on his phone entering error codes in to google to find the fix. This is something I could do without paying for the assistance of a "computer expert". In the end none of our issues were resolved and we will continue to look elsewhere for these services in the future.
