Yoga Studio

Power Yoga is not about powering your way through a practice, nor how much power you have. It is about finding the power to go within to look at yourself, discover your True Self, the power to let go of expectations, and ego. When one can find the power to do this, the practice becomes easy, no matter how challenging it may be. We warmly welcome ALL practitioners, from beginner to advanced. We are a "no levels" yoga studio where each person works at a place that is right for them.
