This is the most poorly operated office I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The carpeting was unclean, the fluorescent lighting blinked and the staff was discourteous, unknowledgeable and incompetent. After waiting in what seemed to be a stop on the wetback welfare express for an hour and a half I still had not been seen by the doctor. I requested that the clerk, who was apparently a stranger to concept of personal hygiene, refund the co-pay that had been charged to my account when I came in several minute before my appointment. After all of that, the refund was not processed properly and I must pursue other avenues of obtaining my money. My advice: stay away from this doctor. You’ll need a toe tag if her office and staff are any indication of her competence as a physician.

I would recommend Desert Skies Family Practice to anyone. They have a wonderful staff and they are helpful and courteous. The office is very clean and presentable.

after being seen by three MDs i found ms ilana. My family and me love her. she has really helped my children get there asthma under control and has also helped me with all my health issues. i would recommend her to anyone who needs a great cnp who knows and is upto date with all medical issues. she really cares about her patients on the job and out of the job. She is there when you need her. to me she is better than a MD..every one in the staff is friendly and very helpful.
