Aerlig is a consulting business focused on companies facing a critical moment such as the sale of their company, an acquisition, or a financing event. Aerlig, which is the Danish word for "honest," was founded to help small- and medium-sized businesses with their most critical moments. Aerlig believes that while most small- and medium-sized business owners excel at running their businesses on a day-to-day basis, they often have limited experience within the relatively arcane fields of buying, selling, and financing private companies.
