I felt obligated to write this review as it seems that several of the reviews online for The Majestic Planner are fabricated. I can honestly say that every other vendor EXCEPT for TMP was great to us though out the entire process. Professional? Not exactly - on all but our first meeting, Heather brought along her two misbehaved young children who bickered and distracted her during our "planning". Quality? How about promising to get certain decor pieces through her "connections" but then showing up with something totally different (and significantly cheaper) than what we paid for? As far as Responsiveness goes, Heather and her assistant were pretty responsive before the final payment was given. After that (about a 2 weeks before the wedding), we emailed some detailed pictures and descriptions for how we wanted our ceremony laid out. A week went by without hearing back - you can imagine the stress that caused as our date was approaching. Finally - Flexibility: Can you believe that Heather tried to charge us $20 gas money on top of her fee to return our decorations from the reception?! Please beware and save yourself from a ruined special day - there are so many better, more experienced options than The "Majestic" Planner.
