Brenda Bolte has been very friendly, very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. She takes a personal interest in you and your needs and does everything she can to help you out. She is even trying to help save me money with a different need I have even when she has nothing to gain from it other than making me a satisfied customer. I have not had to worry about my items even when I am out of town for months at a time. The security seems to be top notch. I would highly recommend South Pacific Storage for your climate-controlled, or other storage needs. I had a recent and very positive experience with them for a short term storage need. The facility manager, Brenda Bolte, is very customer focused and has a tremendous "can do" attitude in working with her clints. This is a state-of-the-art new facility with top notch security system. I needed storage in less than 30 days for a 3500 square foot house. Brenda was my savior. She couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful during a very stressful time. This was over a year ago and Brenda still remembers me by name. She is very professional and goes that extra mile for the customer. I also want to add that the office was very clean, fresh, and organized. I've never seen a nicer, cleaner storage facility. My belongings are in the climate controlled units and they are so clean and well cared for. I am also very confident in the security at SPS. There are even flowers when I drive in. I am just ending a 2 year contract with South Pacific Storage and it has been super. The units were new, clean and I felt very safe with the entry gates and security cameras. Brenda was the BEST from the start til the finish. I took advantage of renting the moving truck in the beginning and Brenda went out of her way to get me the keys on a Sunday. I give the staff and property 5 stars.

Brenda Bolte is a very efficient manager and great to work with. The storage unit we rented was #742 a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit. The unit was clean and worked great for us. We felt our items were completely secure at SP Storage. I highly recommend them. Thanks Brenda.

Very Happy Customer by Scot - 06/07/2013. The Units Are Very Clean... Hello All - my name is Scot; I relocated to Omaha over 2 years ago. I've had my RV stored at South Pacific for that same 2+ year period. I have no complaints, but rather KUDOS - I can honestly say Brenda is the reason why I stay. She's the best site Manager I've met.
