Don't waste your money! I have been waiting over 3 months for my sons' Tball pictures. They wont call me back or answer my questions via email.

Seriously Horrible Awful customer service. Recongition Pros were the photographers for GRBL baseball for the 2013 spring season. Although my checks were cashed SIX months ago, I still have not received my pictures. I'm furious. The owner Ken McBee has seriously dropped the ball. He ignores my emails and phone calls, or when he responds he claims he "Sent them out today." He has never explained, apologized, nor offered any type of refund or compensation. I will never recommend anyone to them. His complete lack of accountability in unreal. I can't even imagine how many other parents are still awaiting their Baseball Pictures (has got to be over a hundred) and he is keeping all of the money!!! I feel bad for the flack GRBL is having to put up with because of this joker. Shame on you Ken McBee
