Well, here at L and E Real estate we actually do 2 different things revolving around the same subject.We also do wholesales, short sales, fix-n-flips, rehabs, lease options, rental properties and several other startegies as well. Now, on the other side - we have been contracted to do advertising and marketing for a college that actually TEACHES real estate investing.
