ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS MAN!!! I needed a ride to work, and immediately called Mr. Cleo's Taxi Service. I had called them once before, and really liked the driver that transported me before. I paid with a debit card that time, and got a text message receipt of payment, which I thought was convenient. Silly me, I thought the name of the driver was the name on the receipt, which was Cleophas Jules(sp). So when I called again, I asked for him, and the man on the phone told me he was Cleo, and that he didn't remember ever picking me up at my address. He proceeded to tell me that he thought I was a prank caller, when I really did need cab service. After calling me back to confirm the information I gave him, an hour later I didn't need the service. I called to cancel it, "Mr. Cleo" started cursing at me, telling me that he knew that I was b.s.-ing him from the beginning. Little did I know, HE WAS ALREADY IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. I hung up on him after he started cursing, at which point HE STARTED BANGING ON MY DOOR, AND LEFT A THREATENING VOICEMAIL WHEN HE CALLED MY PHONE AND I DIDN'T ANSWER!! Needless to say, I called the cops. Lucky for him, he was already gone by the time they got there. IF YOU NEED A CAB SERVICE, DO NOT CALL MR. CLEO! IF YOU DO, DON'T CANCEL IT!! HE MAY SHOW UP AT YOUR HOUSE TO THREATEN YOU AT YOUR DOORSTEP!!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
