Despite the favorable reviews from other customers, my experience with Simplicity Sofas has been a nightmare. I ordered (and paid for) a Megan Love Seat in early March. I was told that the fabric I selected was in stock and that the item would be shipped in six weeks. Six weeks became twelve weeks. When I called for an update, I was told it would be shipped at the end of May or early June. Now they have gone off the air. They will not return my calls or answer my emails. I have now learned that several other customers who placed their order around the same time have had the identical experience. I suspect that they are about to go bankrupt - if not, their customer service is the worst. STAY AWAY!

It was a lovely experience. and right on time - you see my son came in from New Orleans that day, and I wanted everything to be perfect for him. It was with the new sofa. Thanks for everything.

We love our sofa and love seat and are very pleased with the quality and the ease in ordering. We have already recommended your company to others with small space issues. We would have no qualms about doing business with you again! We are so thrilled to FINALLY have been able to get decent furniture for our finished lower level.
