I would NOT recommend Accuserve with Kirk Wilhite in Ohio. He has taken the money to serve papers from our firm and did not serve them to a willing recepient in a nursing home. I was a very easy job, but he completely scammed our office. I have called three times and emailed twice with no respon…

I would NOT recommend Accuserve with Kirk Wilhite in Ohio. He has taken the money to serve papers from our firm and did not serve them to a willing recepient in a nursing home. I was a very easy job, but he completely scammed our office. I have called three times and emailed twice with no response. He should have had the paperwork back to our office by April 22, 2013. I am very disappointed and want everyone to know not to use Accuserve.

Kirk Wilhite, Owner of Accuserve and Associates did an excellent job locating the driver (now Defendant) involved in a hit skip which caused damage to my vehicle. With only the license plate number Kirk was able to locate the driver and serve him a summons all in less than a week. He has since been …

Kirk Wilhite, Owner of Accuserve and Associates did an excellent job locating the driver (now Defendant) involved in a hit skip which caused damage to my vehicle. With only the license plate number Kirk was able to locate the driver and serve him a summons all in less than a week. He has since been a great resource to my business by locating the owners of vacant buildings or land located in areas of prospective development.

We called and sent money to Kirk Wilhite with Accuserve & Associates and he just took our money and did not process serve documents. We called and sent money to Kirk Wilhite with Accuserve & Associates and he just took our money and did not process serve documents. Afterwards we found out we are not the only persons he has done this too. Many have filed complaints with Mr. Wilhite and his company.
